5. Production and Shipping

Production times shown on the website are estimates only and are not guaranteed.

Shipping times are provided by carriers and may be affected by weather, customs, holidays, or other circumstances beyond our control.

TinyMate is not responsible for carrier delays after an order has been shipped.

Risk of loss transfers to the customer upon delivery to the shipping carrier.

6. Returns and Refunds

Because most products are personalized or custom-made, orders are generally non-refundable and non-returnable unless:

  • The product arrives damaged;
  • The product contains a manufacturing defect; or
  • We made an error in personalization.

Customers must contact us within 7 days of delivery and provide photographs showing the issue.

We may, at our discretion, offer a replacement, store credit, or refund.
